Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

2 medium peeled sweet potatoes
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Clean sweet potatoes and thoroughly pat dry. Cut into 1/4 inch thick long slices.

  2. Mix all other ingredients together and adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. Toss the sweet potato slices in the seasoning and coat evenly.

  4. Preheat the Birkeshire Air Fryer to 200°C. Place the slices in a single layer without overcrowding in the air fryer. Cook in 2 batches if necessary.

  5. Set the timer to 5 minutes, and cook until slightly brown.

  6. Turn the slices over in the fryerand cook for another 5 minutes until done, or longer for darker, crispier results.

  7. Carefully remove the fries from the air fryer. Garnish and serve with dipping sauce of choice.
