Potato Wedges

Ingredients

2 medium peeled potatoes
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Clean potatoes and cut into 6-8 wedges each. Soak in water for 15 minutes.

  2. Mix all other ingredients together and djust seasoning to taste.

  3. Drain the potato wedges and thoroughly pat dry. Then toss in the seasoning and coat evenly.

  4. Preheat the Birkeshire Air Fryer to 200°C. Place the wedges without overcrowding in the air fryer. Cook in 2 batches if necessary.

  5. Set the timer to 8 minutes, and cook until slightly brown.

  6. Turn the wedges over in the fryerand cook for another 7 minutes until golden brown, or longer for darker, crispier results.

  7. Carefully remove the wedges from the air fryer. Garnish and serve with dipping sauce of choice.
