Ingredients
12 kiwis, skinned, sliced 3 mint leaves, diced (optional) 50 ml coconut water
Directions
Feed kiwi slices to your Birkeshire Slow Juicer.
Add in diced mint leaves and coconut water to dilute kiwi juice before stirring.
Pour juice into popsicle mould and let to freeze overnight.
* You can replace kiwis with any fruit. For small fruits like berries, you can even add them into the mould before freezing. i.e. If you have watermelon juice, you can add in raspberry chunks before freezing.
